Opening a file here grants this site no rights over it of any kind. The operator never receives it, cannot receive it, and makes no claim on it or on anything composited from it. Whatever you export is yours to use exactly as the original was.

Use the tool on material you own or are permitted to work on. Do not use it to prepare anything unlawful, and do not attempt to interfere with the site, its hosting or the people using it. Automated hammering of the static files, or republishing the site as your own, is not use of the tool and is not covered by this permission.

It is provided without warranty of any kind. Browsers differ, decoders differ, and a file that opens on one machine may be refused on another; where that happens the site tries to say why, but it cannot promise a result. Keep your originals. Nothing here should be the only copy of anything.

To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for loss arising from use of the site — including a print that came back other than you expected. The figures on the page describe the file being produced; they cannot describe a printing process, a paper stock or a trimming tolerance at the other end, and a proof is still worth pulling.

The site may be altered, interrupted or withdrawn without notice. Features described in the written pages may change as the tool develops; where a page describes behaviour that has moved on, the tool is the authority and the page is a document in need of an edit.

These pages are built to carry advertising served by Google, and no unit is being served on them yet: the domain is waiting on AdSense review, and until that clears, every placement renders nothing. Expect them once it does.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
